What we never do

- We do not store card numbers — we do not accept cards online at all.
- We do not send marketing messages unless you ask us to.
Security
Passwords are stored as one-way hashes and can never be read back, by us or by anyone else. Access to order data is limited to staff accounts and every change is recorded in an audit log.
